We provide video creation services. By purchasing our services, you agree to provide the necessary information and photo images to complete the project.
2. Payments
- All payments are processed securely through our online payment system.
- The price for our services is $40.00 per video.
- Payments must be made in full before the commencement of services.
- We do not store payment details.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final.
- Refunds are only available if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon service.
- If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Delivery & Revisions
- Videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
- You are entitled two revisions within seven days of delivery.
- Additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
5. Intellectual Property
- We reserve the right to use completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
6. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information for service completion.
- You confirm that any materials provided (e.g.,images,music) do not infringe on third-party rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
